Masseria Cardillo Aglianico del Vulture

  • Varietal: 100% Aglianico

     

    Harvesting: Manual grape harvesting from the end of October.

     

    Wine Process: Crushed and de-stemmed grapes with maceration at 26-28 ° C for about 10 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

     

    Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels and at least 4 months in bottle.

     

    Notes: Deep ruby ​​red to garnet.  Vinous with delicate aromas of ripe red fruits and spicy notes.  Dry, tasty and substantial, mineral, pleasantly tannic and velvety.  Ideal serving temperature: 18 ° C.
