TASTING NOTES:  Ruby red color with garnet hues. On the nose, the olfactory spectrum is broad and persistent, expressing hints of green pepper, licorice, black cherries blueberries and blackberries, milk chocolate, with hints of menthol eucalyptus.

 

In the mouth, it is soft, with a velvety complexity of ripe fruit and elderberry notes, in perfect compliance with what has already been felt in the nose, the fine and elegant tannins, well structured with a long and pleasant final.

 

Match with red meat dishes of all kinds, from barbecue to stews, roasts and stews, game, mature cheeses.
